Snacks for blood sugar, with the carb count already checked.
Built by a founder with a lifetime of label-reading for type 1 diabetes. Every snack pack stays at or below 15 g total carbohydrate and 3 g added sugar (up to 5 g on at most 3 portioned treats), then has to earn its place through protein, fiber, whole-food fats or a small, portioned treat.

Questions about this box
Will these snacks keep my blood sugar steady?
We can't promise that. Everyone responds differently. We pick snacks with more protein or fiber and less added sugar, and list the numbers so you can decide what fits your plan.
Is it sugar-free?
No. Regular snacks have at most 15 g total carbs and 3 g added sugar per pack; up to 3 portioned treats may have up to 5 g, still within the carb limit. Hydration picks: 3 g total carbs or less per stick. 0 g added sugar options are preferred when available; a small amount of sugar does not automatically exclude a stick.
Is there a box for gestational diabetes?
Yes, the Gestational Diabetes Box. This box isn't checked against our pregnancy screening, so if you're pregnant, choose that one: every snack in it passes both the pregnancy checks and this box's carb and sugar standard.
Are there artificial sweeteners?
Some may. Every snack ships sealed in its original packaging, so the full ingredient list is right on it.
Can I use these snacks to treat a low blood sugar?
No. These are everyday snacks, and their protein, fiber and fat slow how fast the carbs act. To treat a low, use fast-acting glucose, like glucose tablets or juice, the way your care team has told you.
Keniya picks packaged snacks. It isn’t medical advice. Follow your doctor’s guidance and check each label for allergens.
