Snacks that pass the pregnancy checks and the carb count.
Gestational diabetes means two sets of rules at once. Every snack here has to pass Keniya Pregnancy Screening and stay at or below 15 g total carbohydrate and 3 g added sugar per pack (up to 5 g on at most 2 portioned treats), then earn its place through protein, fiber or whole-food fats.

Questions about this box
Is this everything I need to manage gestational diabetes?
No. It's a box of snacks that pass both our pregnancy and blood-sugar screening. Your dietitian or doctor sets your plan, including how much carbohydrate you need in a day, and these snacks are built to fit inside that.
How is it different from the Blood Sugar Box?
Same carb and added-sugar limits, plus the full pregnancy screening on every snack. The Blood Sugar Box isn't checked against the pregnancy rules.
Will these keep my glucose in range?
We can't promise that, and we don't. Everyone responds differently. We list the numbers on every label so you can decide what fits.
Can I use these snacks to treat a low blood sugar?
No. These are everyday snacks, not a treatment for a low. Use fast-acting glucose, like glucose tablets or juice, the way your care team has told you.
Keniya picks packaged snacks. It isn’t medical advice. Follow your doctor’s guidance and check each label for allergens.
