The fourth trimester, fed one-handed.
Someone in your house is eating at 3 a.m. with one hand. Every snack here passes the same food-safety checks as our Pregnancy box, keeps caffeine checked and limited, and every box carries at least 3 protein picks and 2 sips because nursing is hungry, thirsty work.

How we screen every snack
- 1The Pregnancy food-safety checks, keptFully cooked or pasteurized, no raw or unpasteurized ingredients, allergens identified. Breastfeeding guidance doesn't require all of these; we keep them as Keniya's conservative choice for recovery and a home with a newborn.
- 2Caffeine checked and limitedNursing allows more caffeine than pregnancy, so the limit is looser: every pack's caffeine is checked and no more than 100 mg.
- 3Protein and sips in every boxAt least 3 protein picks and 2 sips, for the appetite and thirst that come with nursing.
- 4One-handed, no prepEverything opens and eats with one hand. No spoons, no plates.

Reviewed by Laurie Pham, PharmD. A Doctor of Pharmacy with 15+ years in drug safety reviewed the screening standards every snack in our boxes is checked against. It’s a review of the box, not of you, and not personal medical advice.
Every box includes a Packed for You card on what this box focuses on and how we choose, and every snack ships sealed with its full label. These are Keniya curation standards, informed by published guidance; they aren’t medical cutoffs and this isn’t medical advice.
Questions about this box
I'm not nursing. Is it still for me?
Yes. The food-safety checks and the one-handed, no-prep rule are about recovery and a newborn in the house, not only nursing.
How does caffeine work for nursing?
Guidance from ACOG and the CDC puts moderate caffeine while nursing around 200 to 300 mg a day. Our per-pack limit of 100 mg stays well under that and every pack's caffeine is checked. Ask your pediatrician if your baby was born early.
How is it different from the Pregnancy box?
Same food-safety checks, a looser caffeine limit (100 mg per pack instead of 50 mg), and a recipe with at least 3 protein picks. If you're still pregnant, choose the Pregnancy Comfort Box.
Keniya picks packaged snacks. It isn’t medical advice. Follow your doctor’s guidance and check each label for allergens.
